Bionic 1 album cover
so i made this album cover for a record label producer that has this artist, Bionic 1, signed to his label.
it's a single so it only has two tracks.
i think it's a cool helix...i like the blues. i scanned some fabric i had and used it for the background pattern...i thought it turned out cool so i'm gonna buy some more awesome fabrics soon and incorporate to my digital art. =D

study of dominance, line, and value
i took a photograph of the moon earlier this year in January. i really liked how the white moon was surrounded by the electrical lines, trees, and street lights...they some what make the eye travel around the moon. i want to emphasize that so i took it to photoshop to remove all the elements i felt unnecessary in the photo had (cars, fences, etc.).
you can see the movement the lines create where as the moon is stationary, chillin' it's beauty, peaceful i'd say (but only the moon)
when you look at the image as a whole, it's actually kinda creepy. i look at it and it feels like it's just me and the moon. which is actually not so scary? lol.
it's dark...but i think the contrast is so awesome.

Ut Prosim - "That I May Serve"
this one is has some meaning to me.
as i was scrolling through old files in my computer i came across this stock image of a girl kneeling before her sword. i thought of how when you kneel it's a symbol of service.
my uncle Glen reminded me of what Adam was told to do by God before he and Eve sinned. man was to take care of things, watch over all of God's creation, serve. when people serve, which is what they are supposed to do, they are happy.
i painted this as a reminder to myself that i must serve others. there is no gain in selfishness.
